Clean, friendly and hot food.

For the 5 consecutive times an incomplete order. You feel really ripped off and have the impression that they are taking advantage of the corona situation and are working extra sloppily. There are always at least 2 parts missing and the prices are really outrageous. And go back again when you are at home you don't. Too bad

Often something is missing from the orders. It is better to check everything again carefully before you leave

Toilets, table legs and seats very sticky, dirty and greasy. I have already left an email several times, unfortunately no response

Yesterday we wanted to get something on the MCdrive and the bag of food tore and everything was on the floor (the employee wasn't necessarily to blame). Well we should get new ones but we would have to wait a damn long time and it was all cold (with a hamburger, even the bread was wet) I'll never go back here

Fūrstenau is the filthiest and most unhygienic place with greasy floors, broken, smelly toilets and bad food !!

The orange juice had expired a long time ago, the wrap was simply wrapped in baking paper and although we were there 1.5 hours before the shop closed, we couldn't get any ice cream or milkshake because the device was already cleaned ...

Bought 2 donuts a coffee to take away in the drive, then drove straight to the bypass. At the first bite into the donut I found out that it was still frozen, what a disappointment. In all honesty, it can be done better and is so easy.

Friendly and nice ... Even if you are not a big fan yourself and go there for the joy of children.

Was in the drive with coupons. It went quickly

Quality is very often positive and tastes very good. Cleanliness is right. As a Mc Donald 'S fan you get your money's worth! I always recommend it!

Long waiting times cold food and too small (had to eat in the parking lot)

In Corona times we sat outside today, but otherwise we already have. It has never struck me as much as it is today, but there has never been as much traffic as it is today, the cars are driving along the fence. Turning off the engine is probably no longer possible in modern cars. (Mockery: "I don't know if they all have bad starters"). In any case, there is still room for improvement and one could perhaps attach some kind of protection, e.g. made of glass or wood. Because the car exhaust fumes almost end up on your food. We were lucky today though, the wind came from the other side. I noticed positively today that an employee politely expelled the people without a mask from the restaurant. I definitely don't like wearing a mask, but you do it. Nevertheless, there are contemporaries who simply do not adhere to laws and regulations. Because of the employee, I gave four stars otherwise it would only have been three. The food was as it always is fast food standard. There is nothing to complain about here, if you want to eat better you have to go to other shops. I think everyone who is a customer here knows that too.

Despite the staff shortages in the evening, I got my food quickly and warm, it was delicious too!

On Monday, July 6th, 2020 around 12.30 pm, one thing was unfortunately not good. No objection to the service and the food, but when complying with the reporting obligation, since I come from the business myself, but I took it out of the slip and filled it in, but the staff didn't pay attention to it, not even for the other guests. The employee's reason was stress with 2 occupied tables.

I have to give a star to be able to write a review. Loading very dirty. Not a clean table. Male staff gape behind every female customer.

Smallest McDonald's I have ever seen. Quality is as good as everywhere else.

I am not a fan of Mcdonalds but I had to try out the new vegan burger and was pleasantly surprised. Not bad at all! Hope more vegan options will follow soon. Would love a vegan mcflurry. 😜

Absolutely messy. No system at the system restaurateur, so you had the feeling. Fast food means 30 minutes for two coffees and two apple pies to go to wait. Where the apple bag packaging was only camouflage for blueberry cheese caketaschen. At least tasted. But it was just as bad for the customers around us. Also 30 minutes waiting time for two cheeseburgers and NEN Hamburger (assuming the poor has received his order meanwhile). Three girls at the table had to eat one at a time, the first being ordered after 15 minutes, the next after 22, the third still waiting after 28 minutes. Read on a cute monitor at the issue. The question of salt was "answered" with pepper and the girls gave up resignedly. The demand for milk for our coffee was similarly difficult for the employees. The whole store, including McDrive, was bursting at the seams, because everything took forever. Plus point: clean toilets, but 1 *.

One of the worst, if not the worst, service experience at a McDonald's. First off, the location is very small and the staff has a difficult time fulfilling the requests. My wife and I ordered a burger, salad, and one drink. We opted to use the kiosk to order and buy, with the option to pickup the food ourselves. As we waited one of the staff asked us if we wanted to sit as it would be more comfortable to wait. At this point I figured it was a nice gesture which we declined as we had an 8 hour drive ahead of us. As our food came out we got accosted by a very short, male in a McCafe uniform berating us that we were told(!) to sit down. Not in a mood to be berated I asked why the system allows me the choice then, he just brushed me off. After a short discussion another member of staff came over and asked what the issue was. After telling him he asked his colleague what the issue was since we could choose to either pickup our own food or have it brought to the table. The only answer he had was that he doesn't want it that way. The only saving grace was that this person apologized for his colleagues behavior.
